Absolutely wonderful classes, delicious food both from class and pre-prepared. The new meat market has some of the best cuts I've ever eaten. Staff is amazing and take great care to make sure you are comfortable with the skills you learn in class. My wife and I have made this our go-to date spot. The sandwiches and prepared dishes are to die for.

If you haven't already, I would definitely recommend checking out the Evergreen Cooking School and Market. We attended a private cooking class last night with friends and it was such a great experience. Owners Mark and Sara were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we all had a memorable evening. We learned to make fresh pasta to go along with our shrimp marinara. We got to finish off the meal with an amazing tiramisu shipped straight from Italy!

This place is great and what a great addition to our Evergreen community. Our first experience here was attending a cooking class with clients. Mark put on an amazing show for us and cooked us a great meal! It was during covid, so we didn't get to do any hands on stuff, but they kept the glasses of wine full! The addition of the meat market has been an amazing addition to food options in Evergreen. They have fresh meat and fish almost all days of the week. I highly recommend everyone pays them a visit!
