I have been loving this sausage for many years hardly ever without a package in my fridge or freezer. Although for the last couple of years the casings have changed they are so tough I cannot eat them. I love the flavor of the hot links but I have to take the skin off before I can eat them. My favorite to eat and cook with is Pineapple sausage I put them in my cabbage and fry them with red onions put on a piece of bread spread some mustard on top and boom so delicious Evergood is the only brand I cook with and Pineapple is the only ones I buy usually go to Food Maxx very filling and favorable love them ❤️

These are fantastic! Flavorful with the perfect amount of heat,you want to keep eating them. Even after you're full. They're great on a bun, in beans and rice,with onions and peppers, in seafood boils...etc. These sausages will not disappoint you or your taste buds.

The Evergood Hot Links taste great, but the casing is so thick and tough, that it ruins the value.

I had a large gathering where I grilled and served various sausages, including 5 lbs of Evergood hot links. For those that took the hot links, they just had a mess on their hands as they bit, ripped, and struggled to take a bite. I was embarrassed to have served such a difficult food to my guests. I may as well have stuck a tree branch into a bun and said, "Good luck". Not sure how the Evergood Company can feel good about this nearly unedible product? I'm genuinely surprised someone hasn't choked to death on this shoe leather casing.

Just sad that such a wonderful tasting product can be completely ruined by a pathetic casing.

Fix this or count me out in the future!

Staged up at 0100 for 0500 delivery. A little hectic to get to. Come in on van dyke turn left on Ingalls then left on underwood and you can park on left side of street beside big green roll up door receiving 3 and not block anything.

Hello I was just eating one of your pineapple sausage which of course I absolutely Love them all. I was thinking maybe you could do a variety pack for your bulk that is sold in Costco. Containing 4 garlic, 4 hot and 4 pineapple 😊. Just a thought!! Keep up the great SAUSAGE!!

If I could add more stars, I would! I have never tasted such a great sausage, hot link was a game changer for me. This family owned business, treated me like family when I reached out about a private event in which I wanted to feature their sausage and WOW I could tell they really cared. heart warming. I love the bay area because of its passion for food, family values and the sense of community we all share. Great sausage with a great personality.

Hardly worth it. Average to below average flavoring in Hot Links, Italian, and Garlic flavors. The casings are very difficult to slice. More importantly, this business has horrible customer service. There is NO freshness date on the packaging. I sent an email asking for help with this issue. It was completely ignored. Disposed of remaining sausage. Won’t buy it again.
