The co-op is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries and other goods. They have a great selection of vegan and gluten-free items. Everyone I've ever interacted with was pleasant and so kind. I love having such a welcoming place to shop that's community-owned!
The Cafe is delicious and has options for everyone. There is sometimes a wait, but its always worth it. A time or two, the staff has helped me with recommendations and they haven't steered me wrong. It's amazing to see so many vegan substitutions!

Love coming here usually but this morning the cashier was very grumpy. I said hi to her and she did not say back. She also angrily gave me a bag after I asked for it… We all have bad days, but you need to put on a happy face for work.

Best place in Erie to buy produce and organic goods.they have a wide variety of items.

I love the selection of cheese and other lovely goodies. They have added a lot of new stuff and the cafe is larger and has a lot more seating.

Also shopped in the grocery store. It was nice to find a variety of items not available in my local stores.

I like that they sell Pot o Gold Dairy milk and a wide selection of it. Nice small business that’s been part of the community my whole life.

I love the cafe at the co-op! They are vegetarian friendly with so many vegetarian and vegan options. I am a big fan of the food in the fridge case as well- love picking some desserts, lentil walnut burger patty. They also have organic milk, along with fresh churned peanut butter, lots of spices and grains in the bulk food section.

This store used to be great. But the current Management is not good at running the store. Besides wasting a million dollars on starting a 2nd store in a terrible location, when management/the board of directors finally realized it was not working, they started to try and sell the toxic food at normal stores...like campbells soup, doritos and other food that is laced with cancerous additives. They literally sold out and started to sell toxic food to try and stay in business, to try and get more profit by offering low quality food.

The indeed employee reviews are horrible as well, all pointing at management. I have had a bad experience with management there, as well. One women literally told me that my time was not valuable and I should not mind having to come back in to get sale prices that rang up full price, which happens almost every time I shop there. It seems they are doing it on purpose...

I used to shop here at least once a week, but with how they are treating their employees, their customers, and the coop itself, the current management needs to go. I refuse to buy anything from this store that I can get somewhere else, and now I only need to go in once a month, if that. How you treat your employees and your customers matter, and the current management does not care about either.

Stopped in for lunch and some bulk food items. The line to the deli was long and the wait was a bit, but delicious! We asked about one of the items on the burger to purchase independently and Amy researched and found a way for us to order a case through the store. Friendly and customer focused.
