I had previously rated this place as 5 stars about 4 years ago. I'm changing it to 1 star. It is no longer the store it once was years ago. The selection is limited, few things are fresh. Few people visit the store compared to before so the items there are not turning over like they used to. It's not worth my time and money to go there anymore. Any new owners need to study why the old Erie County Farms was so successful and emulate that business model. The one in place now is a loser.

I felt very welcomed when walking through the doors I was greeted. They have really good prices on meats lunch meat cheeses and all of there other products on the shelf. Upon checking out the gentleman was very kind to me and my family as checkout was an ease. It was a wonderful experience and you should go experience for yourself too.

Not anywhere close to what it used to be, the store was nearly empty (of things for sale and other customers) when I was there. The staff that did talk to us was very friendly, but there's so little to offer here. Lots of import foods, which I love browsing, but didn't find anything.

Shell of its former glory. It's basically a flea market, selling things that expired a year ago but are shelf stable. Looks rundown and part of it has a sewage smell. Just disappointing to think of what was.

The staff is amazing. The man that works with the meat/fish is a superior butcher. He remembers me and my preferences ( Amazing cuts of steak and great hamburger meat! Excellent customer service!
The gentleman at the deli counter is very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable.
The young lady at the register is always smiling, and is attentive to how she bags your purchases (ex. No raw meat with fresh produce).
Unfortunately, quite a few of the healthcare/hygiene, cleaning, and bug killer products by the Games of Chance/Slots were expired? Some of the items are well priced so it's worth looking through.
There are many unique items in the center of the store that you simply must see for yourself. There are many flavors of Coffee Beans and there is even a machine to grind them right there.
I'm not a smoker, but I believe near the registers there are smoking products, and it looked like some cell phone accessories like chargers. The place is huge so I have not even taken it all in.

Very sad the once booming store is now near empty. We did talk to the new owner who is getting produce in next 2 weeks. They had burger for 2.99 lb that he went back and ground for me. I got boneless skinless chicken breast for 1.69 lb.

Well years ago I would have given it a 10 rating but today is an entirely different situation. I donโ€™t know if their freezers werenโ€™t working or what but the smell was totally off. I donโ€™t like making a comment like that about a store here in Erie because I love buying local
