This is one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege of buying and using there knives. The people are absolutely great to help with questions and ot buying there products. There knives are one of the best in quality, balanced and sharp.will never buy a knife from anyone but this company. Also there people are so nice and polite compared to other companies that just want your money there not like that at all there. They care about there customers and the quality of there product of knives. Thanks again for being so awesome.

I currently own about 10 chef's knives and the one I reach for as my daily driver is the Knuckle Sandwich with Pakka handle. It's heavy, sharp, and something you just know is gonna be able to prep almost anything you can throw at it. I'm not afraid to use it on root vegetables, meat, or soft produce. The Bowie tip does the fine work and the wide blade can chop/slide right through anything.

Ergo Chef has good knives at decent prices with fast shipping.

All Ergo Chef knives are amazing!! They cut veggies like cutting butter. Love the way the knives fit so nicely in the palm of my hand. Comfortable to hold and no slipping. Wonderful customer service and always available for knife sharpening. We haven’t purchased knives from any other company ever since our first purchase. First of all, I’m a kitchen knife weirdo. The knives I use everyday are from Thiers and were bought there. Started buying them there probably fifty years ago.

Second, I’m old and have an old dog. Both of us should probably have died already. Sadly he has issues so I make him chicken with broth to go with his kibble. To do this, I go to Costco, buy a roast chicken for $5, debone, and make broth with the bones. Yes, I know this is long and boring.

The chicken is greasy and I want a good knife with a handle that will not slip in my hand. Started with some cheap ceramic knives where the handle was ok but the blades were terrible and eventually broke.

So after googling and amazoning for some time found these.

The price was too good to be true but decided to try them.

Had a DAU problem with the web page and called customer service. I’m in Central, they are in Eastern so it was near closing time and one of the owners answered.

Great person, got my problem resolved, mae sure my order eas ok, and that I had selected the right knife with right grip.

Knives arrive and are perfect for the task I need them for. The handles feel great, the weight of the knives is much better than expected, and the fit and perform really well.

So “Thank You” to the owner who answered the phone and Thank You to Ergo Chef for a great knife!

When I first used Ergo Chef, I wasn't sure if I liked them, now a decade later, Ergo Chef knives are my go-to. As a Chef Instructor, I seek quality, comfortability and affordability - Ergo Chef fits the bill on all 3 factors! We use the Pro-Series in our culinary/pastry kitchens at school and I use my Crimson Chef knife nearly every day at home. They all keep a good edge and with us caring for them and keeping them sharp, they look and cut just as good as the day we purchased them many years ago. Ergo Chef personnel, Scott and Mike, have always worked hard to support our needs and their knives are perfect for anyone that cooks. We are thankful to have found such quality knives at such affordable prices, thank you Ergo Chef!

Hard to say what I like best about Ergo Chef. First their knives are fantastic. I started off with the Prodigy line, most of which were a gift I received. I liked them so much that I went to the store and started adding to and upgrading my knives. I am a big fan of their pro-series collection and have upgraded and added many to my knife block at home. Aside from the products themselves, the staff are really great. They are helpful, community oriented and really down to earth. Whether you are there to purchase an item, or end up talking about music, it's always a pleasure to drop by Ergo Chef.
