Endless Roots Farm has the best produce. I love to support them bc they have been testing their soil health for over a decade. Proper soil health is vital to the nutrient density of the produce. I know my clients and kiddos get the highest quality nutrition with Liz!

We are so lucky to have Endless Roots Farm in Waverly! Last summer, we joined their CSA program, for 21 weeks - from June through November - they put together a selection of the freshest seasonal vegetables. We enjoy the variety and it's fun to cook with something different every week.

At the start of 2024, amidst winter blues, we realized Endless Roots Farm sells to individuals, not just their restaurant customers! It was a game-changer for our family's mood. Could local food be the answer to feeling better? (Locally grown food is fresher and more nutritious since it's harvested at its peak, so maybe?!)

Since January we've been ordering spinach, beets, arugula, carrots, and kale. These veggies burst with flavor and color, whether you're juicing, roasting or sautéeing.

Ordering on Sundays and picking up at the farm or another of their drop-off locations has become a simple, convenient, and delicious routine for us. It’s truly incredible to have these talented farmers in our neighborhood.

We’ve been CSA members for the past 6ish years and couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing produce we receive each week, in addition we love the eggs, meat, and the flower share is my absolute favorite!! We love the variety of vegetables we receive and trying out new ones we’ve never had before, cherry tomatoes are probably the kids favorites and typically are completely devoured before we even get home!!

Liz & family have been super kind to us - especially when I forget to pick up my share. The very best locally grown food around with a perfect variety of meats, eggs, vegetables, teas, flowers and always adding more each year. Such dedicated farmers we are so happy to support. They care about producing good food, sustaining the land that it grows on and giving to the community. Very admirable all they do ….especially training potential new farmers each season. My husband and I have been part of the Fuller Overlook CSA since summer of 2018...I heard about it through a friend, and we have been incredibly happy to be a part of the farm community over the last 3 1/2 years. Besides getting to know the crew that grows everything and getting some great tips for some of our own home gardening questions, any time we eat their produce, or meat, or eggs, we continue to talk about how refreshing their selection is as compared with what you would find in the grocery store. They are very versatile in that they have several opportunities to get their products at some local Farmer's Markets across the area, as well as pick-up on the Farm itself.

As we've started our family, it's been wonderful knowing that our kids are getting fresh and healthy foods, too! We fully plan to stay connected with Fullers Overlook Farm as long as they are growing locally in our area! Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a personalized, and robust CSA experience to reach out to them.

I'm so enjoying the food. It's making me feel so good every time I have a meal with your beautiful vegetables. I could feel the life going into every cell of my body. It's truly remarkable! Last night I made a Stir fry kale with mushrooms onion garlic with. Chickpeas, it was out of this world!! And with your delicious and nutritious sweet potatoes! Thank you for all you do!
