Gluten free steak tips! Thank you for providing these and thank you for clearly labeling them! I have been visiting Ed Stearns for only the few years I have lived in the area, but they have always exceeded my expectations for a high end meat shop. Now they provide a gluten free option for steak tips in their grab and go case, which I greatly appreciate.

We have a freezer in the basement and it was time to fill it up again. Called my order in the day before and told them when I wanted to pick it up and it was ready right on time. All items were exactly what I ordered and how I wanted them wrapped for the freezer!
High quality meats and WAY better than grocery store prices and quality.

This place is amazing! First, the quality of the meat is phenomenal! Then the butcher, I think his name is Rick, will let you know the best cut for what you want to do, along with the proper amount and how to cook it! I now also get my chicken there. He will halve or quarter it for me. He grinds and blends a meatball mixture for me of beef, pork and veal! This is the only place I will go to for meat!!! He also has displays in the front of the store where I load up on chicken meatballs, grounds chicken for soup or meatloaf and chicken teriyaki already marinated and skewered!!! His beef jerky’s are also awesome!

I've had meat from here often and finally went there today for some tenderloin and other stuff. Some of the best meat I've ever had and they are super friendly. No wonder everyone raves about this place! Great prices for what you get!

I have been a long time customer of Stearns and have never been disappointed. The entire staff, from the owner down are friendly, knowledgeable, and always more than helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that Rick, the owner, is always there ready to go with a smile on his face. What you’re buying is also fresh as hell and priced extremely fair.

This is an A+ small business that everyone needs to enjoy.
