Super helpful and friendly staff, one of the only places I have been able to find my dog’s food too! They have a great variety of foods, toys, and even more hygienic and bath supply items. A great one stop shop for your pet’s needs! You can tel they are true animal lovers and advocates there.

Great service!! It was my first time shopping here and the employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable. One of the staff members helped me pick out items for my dogs sensitive skin and even gave me some free samples. I will definitely be coming back here.

The staff at echo bark always keep me coming back. They have great products for your dogs and cats, but it's the fantastic customer service that makes all the difference.

We stopped by Echo Bark because of a friendly hello from Jeff as we were walking by. We’re glad we did! After a great conversation with him and Will, we left with cat toys they thoughtfully spritzed with catnip juice. They have a great selection of food, treats, and toys, and the store is well organized and fun to shop in. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming.

As a long time pet owner, I’ve been in a lot of pet shops - this is by far my favourite. If we lived in LA, we’d absolutely shop here regularly. Stop by and you won’t regret it!

This is a very small store, but they manage to pack in all the good essentials in it! Well known higher end brand for food choices. Priced reasonably. A little toy section. But like I said, space is not wasted here on anything less than quality. I parked on the street, not sure if there is parking out back. Seemed like there was because of back door being open to public.

The girl working there was more than knowledgeable about some chew treats I was looking to get my dog. I picked out a cousin of the bully stick. Softer and less smelly, but a large stick. My dog took awhile to want to eat it. But by the time he was almost finished with it he was defending his territory in that stick with all his might. Not a time to want to pet him. Growl grr growl. 'dude I bought it for you! I don't want to eat it!' growl.

I think this place is solid for the community, it didn't have anything extra over my normal go to places that will drive me back to it. But I wouldn't skip it either if I had a need and was near by. (For reference I live on the Westside, not near here). But I come because the dog park, dog owners, food, overall feel of silver lake and echo Park are great! The vibe resonates with me.

Dogs. They are just like us. Only better.

Just adopted a shelter kitty & went to get food & a toy. I was greeted as I walked in by the co-owner, John. His business partner, Will was wonderful! He listened to how excited my daughter & I were about our new kitty & was truly excited for us. He was nice enough to give us samples of the different flavors of the food we feed her. It is so nice to receive customer service. Thank you guys. See you soon.
