One of my favorite desserts is boardwalk fudge. I came across the pumpkin cheesecake fudge in a local store. It tasted like chemicals and was absolutely gross. The label says homemade, but in my experience homemade does not include hydrogenate palm kernel oil with soy lectin, sorbitol, caramel color, potassium sorbate. $16 a pound, and it went directly in the trash after I tasted it.

They make their own fudge and some of the candies. There homemade candies and chocolates as well as prepacked candies. The candy case offers Asher's chocolates. L

Found the peanut butter fudge to be tough and rubbery hard. Difficult to cut. Barely a peanut butter taste at all. I added sugar, peanut butter and vanilla….cooked it up and I now have a fudge that tastes good. I think you should evaluate your recipe.

The chocolate covered pretzels are one of my favorites at this store. A must try. Candy prices are good, had Easter Candy on discount when I was there for .99cents. Very kind and welcoming employee who took time to talk to us and offer us samples of the fudge. Candy can be seen being made right there through an observation window.
