The company has decent products but their consistency is very poor. Calling into the office isn't much help either because I have called before and I spoke with an employee named Christina who was rude and short on the phone. Owner wasn't much help either because my boss had reached out to them before due to orders coming in wrong multiplier times.

I work for a school district and have been ordering and receiving bread for multiple years from Duva Distributors. They are hands down very professional, and always accommodating. The website is easy to use for ordering. My experience with Accounts Receivable and Christina has been exceptional. She responds promptly to questions and concerns. Thank YOU Christina!

I enjoy giving companies positive review but it is impossible to give this company a positive review. Christina who works in accounts receivable is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She is arrogant and teeters on the verge of harassment.
After dealing with her, I spoke with Chris who was not much better. These people should live on a planet all by themselves.
Their customer service just stinks. I will sway anyone I speak away from dealing with these people. They need an education on social skills and dealing with people.

Had a huge catering order that was incorrectly put in by Chris himself. He didn’t want to answer the phone and usually never does because he doesn’t know how to handle conflict. Managers have no experience as long with there whole office. Chris you and your staff need to go to a training class for at least a week. It’s a shame that people think you actually do good business until you actually see a different side of Chris. Don’t believe all these 5 star reviews you see on here. Most are current or past employees.

I used to order from these guys until Chris raised his voice at me. He’s not a very personable guy but acts like he is on the phone but when stuff doesn’t go his way he acts like a child. Simple I was telling Chris you ripping your drivers off and taking advantage of them paying them 5% when other companies pay 15-20%.

On behalf of the staff at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, we would like to take the time to thank everyone at Duva, especially the owner Chris who took the time to stop by and generously contributed to our Thanksgiving dinner with an assortment of their wonderful pies. We can all appreciate the difficulties that we all face at this time of year, but we can also take the time to put those that are less fortunate before ourselves as was the case with Chris and his understanding of what we do here at the Salvation Army.
