if i could give 0, i would. The place is dead quiet, and the associate who was taking a nap was too bothered to address an issue partaining to a partial load without an appointment. all he could sarcastically say with shoulders shrugged "its not our problem. Talk to your broker who should have had an appointment set because we are too busy?" I'll add a video of how busy they are. I've been here since monday morning, july 1st, and its tuesday as i post this still not received and possibly not going to be received until after 6 pm if at all they receive me. this way of doing business is very unprofessional. The brokers you allow to move your freight should be of reputable standards. you ordered this product. It's currently on your property, yet your associate chooses to play appointment games knowing well that the broker messed up big time. so drivers, if you dont have an appointment, dont listen to your dispatch or broker. Go to a truck stop until an appointment is set for you. you have a receiving associate that is not going to be nice to those who bring their products. they will truly make you feel worthless and unappreciated. i mean nothing new to us, TRUCKERS. a couple of pallets has cost me two days of work.

Very friendly people, the lady in the receiving office ❤️, " she welcomes you with warm smile and kind words like; thank you for delivering to Dutch Valley" very big place and quick acceptance. My truck is still getting unloaded but I already felt welcome and couldn't wait till the end of the unloading process to give review lol

First you arrive at night it says no overnight parking , then no faculties for drivers. And mostly if something wrong with the load appointment time or what ever that means as driver will be asked to leave yard and struggle hours to find a safe parking lot in order to rest or do some calls to dispatch to solve problem.
On top of that they do not have faculties for drivers, no rest room .
