I ordered quite a few parts for multiple landscaping and vegetable garden irrigation needs. The parts go together quite easily and seem to work well. Customer service is friendly and helpful and they fixed a small issue with my order very quickly. I see that there is also now a very good resource section on the website.

Well I had higher hopes. Everything seemed great and I hooked everything up and installed all but 6’ of the 300’ drip line I received. But when I turned it on I found one spot that water was shooting out of the dripping and digging into the soil. Upon closer look I saw the hole missed the drip section. I repaired it with electrical tape for the time being. And every one was on the very edge of the “drip” section. I also noticed one of the holes was “punched” but the black plastic didn’t come out. Which led me to painstakingly inspecting every drip in the 300’ I laid out, finding about 1 per 10’ of line. It works. But if I need to add to it I’ll probably try something cheaper.

Update. After contacting customer support.. I was asked if I could repair it with spare parts I may have. Which thankfully I had.

Customer service guys, Steve and Rodrigo, are great, Helped me through the warehouse sending me the wrong product twice. So the guys in the warehouse need to pay more attention to what is ordered. But life is not perfect so just relax - things will work out. This is a great company with all the right equipment. Will always recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Your site offers a good shopping experience. Products are easy to search and product description is good.

Your prices are good vs Home Depot and Lowes but competitive vs other similar on line sources.

The shipping costs for someone in CT seem to make the purchase not viable. Unless you introduce a free shipping option above a certain order amount, you will be losing business for orders coming from the East coast.

Excellent product made setting up drip irrigation very quick, easy and stress free. Everything needed was in the box, so all the problem solving is already done for you. Great service, speedy delivery and is now my go to for irrigation needs.
