I was working on a project for a televised baking competition and had the inspiration to use a unique, one of a kind vanilla flavor. Of course, vanilla is vanilla, but I wanted something that was bolder, natural, and didn’t have that alcohol smell you get from most other flavorings and extracts. I came upon Dolce Foglia’s website and saw they made a whole slough of flavors, including a Butter Vanilla! I purchased the flavor, hoping it would enhance my recipes, and I was totally right. Right off the bat, the smell is incredible! You don’t get a hint of alcohol and you can smell the nuttiness and richness of the butter. By using it in my cake my flavors weren’t just enhanced, they were off the charts! I purchased other flavors and tested them in other recipes, such as pistachio, strawberry, and blueberry. I can’t recommend their flavors enough! After using a few of their products, I got a chance to speak with the owners directly and work on creating a custom, one of a kind flavor for me to use in another project I have coming up. They were so helpful, and used their expertise to work with me directly to successfully execute my vision.

I’ve introduced them to my fellow baking friends and they all agree Dolce Foglia has some of the best flavors out there. For anyone looking for delicious flavorings, or want to create their own custom flavor, Dolce Foglia is the one for you!

Alright, wow! Highly recommend! I’ve been using their lemon extract flavoring to brighten a vinegar cleaning mix I use and it has changed the game. I try to stick with baking soda and vinegar for cleaning but let’s get real it doesn’t give the most refreshing clean smell UNTIL I started putting this lemon extract with it. A lot of places say to use lemon slices but lemons in the market can get expensive. This extract is THE BEST alternative, not to mention super quick and easy.
