It’s always disappointing when a favorite spot no longer lives up to its reputation. Until they fix this issue they will keep loosing customer base.

1. Chicken Quality:The shift from tender, young meat to rough texture chicken, no more less than 4 pounds chicken all above 5 or 6 pounds.

2. Price Increase:Higher costs without maintained quality can feel like poor value for money.

3. Mutton Issues: Fatty or low-quality cuts indicate the meat quality is going down. No value for the money paid.

I used to be a great fan of this place, and we had been visiting for the last 5 years. Initially, we could choose chicken, and they would prepare it fresh for us. However, as the place grew in popularity, we lost the ability to choose, which was understandable. They started selling pre-prepared whole chickens, which was fine at first.

Recently, I noticed they were letting the chickens grow very fat before butchering them. The minimum weight of a whole chicken is now 6 pounds, which is excessive. This results in a lot of fat to clean off and requires at least six whistles in the cooker to cook properly.

There used to be two considerate women working there, but today there was just one person. I asked if I could get a smaller chicken due to the excessive fat. He responded, "We are not forcing you to take it if you don't want it." While the statement itself might be fine, his tone suggested that they no longer cared about customer satisfaction, possibly because they have enough business already.

Due to this monopolistic attitude, I no longer recommend this place. I wish there were another similar place that treated customers fairly.

I'm going to this farm for the last 6 years. The service is really good. The goat meat is one of the best, it's very fresh, and cleaned one. The chicken and other meat is also good. If you're a goat meat lover, don't miss this place.

It was clean, and fast service. You must bring cash they don't take card. I bought chicken from there. They cleaned the chicken very well. I asked for approximately 5 to 6 lb chicken. Unfortunately I was not provide with any receipt. They did not scale it in front of me. I was pretty confused with that. Overall it's okay.

The best! The employees, owners are prompt and takes pride in what they do. I don’t like going to the farms. But this farm is clean, the meat don’t stink after they finished preparing it for me. Thank you to the team! Zina, Shree and family
