I had a 1 PM appointment but I was given immediately upon arrival at 11:57 AM. Yard is very tight. Docking will be harder if you are not used to backing in tight spaces. I have no about overnight parking because it's my first time here.

I gave them a 5 star because I never encountered any problem up to the posting of this review.

Secretary was somewhat rude when I came up to the front desk and wasn't really listening to me. Another woman came up and actually was helpful and called into the back to have someone from the fundraising department help me. I sat down to wait and 20 minutes later still nothing. I went up to the secretary again since multiple people had been in and out for businesses at this point. She said she would call back again and after another 20 minutes someone finally came out with our fundraiser order. The man was very friendly, but overall a frustrating experience especially since I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the order.

This review is for ordering via email/phone and delivery service. We used to have Carol that took our orders. Unfortunately she retired and they had a lazy and imcompetent person (Dana) take over her job. Dana, puts in the wrong order, marks up the price to the point it’s comical and refuses to acknowledge they send bad and expired products. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. We’ve been using Derstines for 13 years. Consider hiring those that can read and comprehend orders please.
