So far, I'm thrilled with my experience! Not sure why a few of the other reviews mentioned issues with the rav. I ordered two different kinds, I set a timer per the instructions on the package and they came out PERFECTLY, not one popped open. And they were delicious! My traditional Christmas Eve dinner is seafood lasagna. Everyone raves about it so have been making it for over a decade. My husband is a celiac but thanks to DePuma's delicious gf pasta, no one knows I'm serving a lasagna that is gf for the texture and taste is like the real thing.

The best GF pasta for our money. We enjoy these products at all of our family gatherings as we have five diagnosed celiacs in our family so no one is left out...and we all love the fine texture. Holds up to reheating like no other.

In addition, John's pasta products are the only ones we use for our GF business and our customers are amazed by the quality. We produce yummy choices like lasagna, lobster mac-n-cheese, garganelli bake with tiny meatballs...to name a few. Keep up the good work!

I get flash backs of eating my great great aunts pasta and that woman would make it by hand! My only complaint is that no matter how I cook the cheese ravioli, they almost all pop open. Not only will cheese go out of them but water will work it’s way in and makes it a bit bland. Super appreciate what you guys create and the fact that you are a local company is even better. Still making your ravioli a “treat yoself” dinner!
