I bought a new flat grill, griddle , fryer, upright cooler, and huge cold station all new from this place. Great service. Fast. Oscar was great and deliver was on point. I’m so happy that I found this place, they had everything I needed in one spot and was extremely affordable. Everything was pretty brand new plus Oscar & Pete were so patient, they helped me narrow down to find exactly what I wanted and plugged everything in to make sure it worked. They even gave me a warranty for piece of mind. High recommend!

We bought $5,000 worth of equipment from this company. The sandwich prep station immediately failed with the health department and delayed our opening by two weeks. We had it repaired and it worked for 3 weeks before failing again. We then had to drive to Denver and exchange out the sandwich prep station. The second failed the next day as it has a residential compressor in it for a commercial unit. Gibran, who responds as owner, is not the owner. We are now getting the run around. Gibran is telling us to talk to their attorney but will not give us the phone number. Do not go to this company. They do not honor their warranties and have cost us thousands of dollars.
The units that I was sold, were said to be, good quality American units only bit 6 months old. They were not. They are generic Chinese units that were rebranded. I found brand new units for less than what I paid to these crooks. And when I contacted the company about parts they said that they don't know because these are fairly old units.
I was able to find replacement units, brand new, delivered to my house, for only $200 more that what these cons sold me.

Bottom line is that these guys sell junk at premium prices.
Fair warning to anyone that reads this:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If you are looking for new or used appliances this is the place to start your shopping. They offer warranty on everything. I dealt with Nate and he answers all questions and gave us incredible an a fridge and fryer as well as some other utensils. They are better than anywhere else we had shopped. They are a family owned business and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with their service. The office staff was incredible, with smooth transition & delivery.

I went to DRE shop last week. At the first step into the shop, I felt like this is the junk shop, not a used or new equipment shop. Most of equipment look too old and dirty, stack up together. Most of used equipment haven't refurbished yet. They have some price tag stick on some equipment and it's so hard for me to know what that equipment since they stacked a lot of stuff on it. The price is 3x of the price I looked the same equipment online. But the equipment I looked online already good condition to delivery right away. While their used equipment still need 2-3 weeks to be refurbished and make sure it still work. Their staff told me a lot of promises that equipment will go to go in 2 weeks. Their staffs hosted me very nicely and sincerely.
I went home and read come review about them. Most of reviews say that they missed a lot of promises and the equipment delayed.
I won't go with their business because of their price so high unacceptable. I also don't want to pay them to buy equipment that I look at the beginning as the junk equipment and not sure it still work after refurbishment. Wasting of my time to communicate for working business with them.
1 star for them because of nice staff.
