First and foremost, I have to hand it to the cans del monte uses. After beating the can approximately 14 times with a wrench (inch and a half), the can crumpled severely, but I didn't see as much as a pinhole leak! I can't comment on the flavor of the beans since I didn't have an opportunity to taste them.
