Pretty clean but if it’s hot outside, expect this place to have some unpleasant odor. Pretty rough building, but cheap good raw whole or by the pieces chicken. Customer service is good if you’re Vietnamese, otherwise expect zero customer service and some discrimination.

They sold eggs to two Vietnamese woman before and after my mother in line, but the man will not sell any to my mother.

If you want to get sick from the poultry, buy your chicken and eggs here.

The price of eggs went up another dollar in a short time, and now they're the most expensive in town at $11. I think I'll go back to Costco.

Called asking about ducklings, and the call person responded extremely rude and ended up yelling at me because she couldn’t hear me. Then once she was able to hear me she continued being rude.

Customer service was decent, but they messed up what I wanted. I asked for 2 pounds of chicken wings but they gave me 3 instead, but when I noticed and asked them to become the extra, they simply refused and made me pay for the extra.

I'm so upset . I asked for 10 fulled thighs expected to be each individual thigh. When I got home and opened the bag .I saw half the bottom of the chicken missing a drumstick . It might not be a big deal, but when you are trying to cook for a get-together later. How am I supposed to present my plate. The guy was helping me was rude with an attitude. Is not like I am asking for free.

Great place to get live poultry. A bit cheaper than other nearby store (that's explained why it's more crowded), yet, chicken is very good and fresh. Great for chicken porridge, noodles or curry...
Service is fast and friendly. They also accept credit cards. 6ft social distancing is required here.
My only gripe is lack of parking. Although they have parking in the back of building, however, they're always full. Perhaps, those are for employees. Lol. Good thing is people in and out fast so you can get street parking instead.
Would definitely buy here again.

Such a sad place. These birds are so gentle and sweet. I can't imagine anyone wanting to hurt them.
