I don't usually have great experiences with the Big chain pharmacies but my local CVS in Pontiac is the best pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. Every single time I need my meds filled they always go above and beyond to make sure I get my medication and I truly appreciate them

Picked up a script today at Pontiac store drive thru. 5:15pm. Employee was not pleasant, like she didn’t like her job. Not a thankyou or any comment.

If I could go elsewhere for my medication I would, but this is the only place in town that gets my specific meds. I’m not sure if the pharmacy is under staffed like most places and the workers are just burnt out and moody or what, it seems that almost every interaction I have with this location is a negative one. I’m a pretty easy person to please and I do my best to be as friendly and respectful as I can but it’s like I’m a crack head calling for my fix when I call this pharmacy. I’m sure they deal with some pretty colorful characters around here, but it’d be nice to be treated as a patient who needs their medication to function because that’s what I am. I feel like a real bother to these people and wish it weren’t that way. I’m a very understanding person and I don’t get upset easy but I go through this same process every month. I never get my medication on time and go days without it and I call and get a run around or a moody response when I’m asking simple questions. I’m sorry if my review comes off as offensive but I’m genuinely concerned and quite displeased. I also try to use the automated options or I try the cvs app first so I don’t bug staff but it never seems to display correct information or I’m just not doing something right.

I was quite disapointed when I dropped off a prescription for my husband. I have been getting presciptions from CVS for years and never had the run around as I did here. The employees at the pharmacy counter seemed disorganized, overworked and confused. There were customers waiting to talk to the pharmacists who seemed to busy to talk to them. The employees looked unhappy and did not smile. I understand that they were just bought by CVS but the employees could have been nicer.

This CVS used to be Doc's drugs. Since their switch to CVS to they no longer have durable medical equipment, conversely they do not honor online CVS pricing. They don't seem as robust as a CVS company store as well. In Pontiac there are better options.

I’m in from out of town. Twice, I have had to pick up medicine for my mother. Both times the service has been amazing. The prescription was filled in a timely manner. Plus, I didn’t have to wait long when picking up the order. I wished I had paid attention to the names of those who wait on me.

Went a few days ago. Had possibly the meanest girl on the planet. Taylor made me feel like I did something wrong by existing. Stood there on her phone and ignored me for five minutes. Switching pharmacies until they fire this employee.
