This driver was cruising very slowly. I got stuck behind him, he kept brake checking me, so when we got to the highway I tried to pass him but he sped up not letting me pass and our buses are governed at 60 mph so I'm forced to stay behind him.

In and out all the time even if your a handful of minutes late just communicate with them and they do their best to work with you. Keep up the good work guys

First the positive, everyone I dealt with or spoke to was very nice and pleasant and once I got in the door it didn't take too long to get unloaded. Now the bad, I arrived at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appointment they called me at 12:30 for a door assignment. So overall wasn't too awful. But don't waste your time showing up early. Also about 2/3 of the way down the docks by door number three you'll see the sign that I posted in the picture, call that number and somebody will come to that set of stairs and get your paperwork and take your phone number. And there is no overnight parking but TA and Pilot are only a few miles away.

I recommend coming up 90/290 if you want to avoid the 300 stop lights through Erie. Got there at 7am out by 8:30 or so, they send a link to your phone to pay the lumper.

Right from the very first day, the sales person P.J. Absolutely terrible! But, still gave him a chance thinking maybe he was having a bad day. No that was not it, he was ignorant, arrogant, you name it that’s the way he was ever since. I absolutely refuse to deal with that man. Worst service I have ever had to deal with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not trucker friendly. Been here almost three hours waiting to get unloaded. Dock workers are rude. I asked to have two vehicles moved so I could get in the dock. They wouldn’t move them for me. Not enough space to safely get into docks. Management needs to be revamped!!

Appt 0800, Arrived 0715, Unloaded and out the lot by 0815. Checked in and was given door immediately. Backing isn’t hard, was given dock 5 (the hardest one) and just slid tandems all the way forward and did a 90, easy peasy. Can’t speak on appointments that are later in the day but morning was just fine, one guy was already here and backed in and another guy came in right after so wasn’t busy.
