Tom, Jacob and all the staff at Crystal Ponds have helped me tremendously to learn how to take care of an indoor koi pond I did not fully comprehend. They are an invaluable asset to me and our community. They have beautiful, healthy fish and all the supplies needed to keep them beautiful and healthy for a long time. They also build ponds. You should see the outdoor pond at their location.

Our pump gave out at 7pm. With hot weather here I was worried we’d lose our koi. I called Crystal Ponds at 8:30 in the next morning and Jacob was at our house shortly after. He quickly diagnosed the issue (dead pump) and had it replaced by mid morning. He was very responsive, easy to work with and it was fantastic coming home to a working (way better than it has since we bought our house!) waterfall. And all of our koi survived. 😃

I called around a few companies to look into having a koi pond put in our new home. Out of all the companies that I spoke to and received quotes from , Crystal Ponds was hand down the best company I spoke with! Jacob , the owner was the most polite and well educated person I have spoke with . He went above and beyond with his customer service and had the most reasonable price ! I highly recommend Crystal Ponds for the high quality service and work ! Y'all are amazing !

The best Koi shop in CO.. The owner is so friendly and gave alot of advices on how to make my koi happier and pond cleaner. Price are very reasonable..... A hidden Gem of Colorado... I should have baught Kois from him than amazon....
