I love this produce stand, they are very inexpensively priced, high quality produce, very informative and helpful with your purchase (i.e. bringing items to your car and loading it for you etc)

local produce at a price on par or better than chain stores with non-local, extremely friendly staff, and even caters to family's as I have seen a bounce house up from time to time. The kids get to enjoy themselves while I get some of the best watermelon I've ever had. Also they carry juice from a company in Fredrick, MD that's so good... I have to get a few every time I go as well. Very local friendly business, By very friendly people. I couldn't ask for more

Looking for a tree today after a bad experience elsewhere. Based upon Southbound's excellent produce record, should have just started there. Was shown a tree that was ok, but a bit too big. The employee thought he could find what we would like back at the house(farm?).
He took the truck 10 minutes away and returned with several candidates that fit the bill. What a positive experience in keeping with the spirit of the season. Shame on you if you don't get the melons next Summer.

I would give this establishment a five-star for their customer service, but unfortunately I purchased my tree there on November 29th and it is already petrified. Gave it water within an hour of purchasing and it didn't really seem to take in a lot of water like most of my trees did. I believe that maybe, they didn't cut enough off the bottom after doing a little research. This was my first time buying there since the Lions Club stand was not open on Rt. 193 this year. Very disappointed, as I paid more then I ever had for a tree and now I cannot turn the lights on, as I am afraid it could catch on fire. Fingers crossed it does not turn yellow before Christmas. As of now, the branches are all going south. ☹

This is a great produce place. I went there last year until the last tomatoes came in. Excellent tomatoes. This month I got some asparagus and we cooked them on the grill. John and his wife are friendly and great people

All the Christmas trees are beautiful and don't forget to get a stand for your tree this year. They have everything you need and more. Great friendly people and quit to get you loaded and back to you holiday season.

We came here to pick out a Christmas Tree for my in-laws and as soon as we pull up with our pitbulls (which is a breed that has a very bad rep), Jon sits on the ground and opens his arms wide and says “come here doggies!” I cannot express how heart-warming that is as a pitbull advocate. Super family and dog friendly... They even had homemade dog treats!!!
When we described the kind of tree we were looking for, Jon pulled out two trees and the second one was the winner! It was such a breeze! Jon and his entire team were just incredibly kind and welcoming. If you’re looking for amazing hospitality and efficiency, PLEASE go to Crofton Southbound Produce. Many thanks go out to them!
