From the moment we met/bid with Crisp we knew we had to work with them. Matt + Casey took so much care to get to know us in our intro call and weaved it their initial proposal and menu ideas for our wedding (which by the way made me cry it was so thoughtful). They took all of our ideas and ran with it - it was important for me to have a suite of non-alcoholic options and they made one at every moment (welcome drink, cocktail hour etc).

The food was EXCEPTIONAL. Outstanding. “The best wedding food I’ve ever had” was something we heard over and over from our guests! A magnificent oyster moment, charcuterie spread, passed appetizers and then scrumptious casket iron rolls and family style dinner. All perfectly timed. I want to do it all again!!!

There are so many vendors out there, but Crisp is the ONE to work with. They are the kind of business and owners that care so much about what they do, deliver an outstanding product and we were so thrilled to have found them!

Excellent food and drink were very important for us at our wedding. CRISP came through 100%! Our guests are still raving about how WONDERFUL the food was and how friendly and nice the staff were. Matt and Casey are class acts. The tasting before the wedding was so fun and in a beautiful setting at their place in Williamstown. Working with them was seamless and easy and we love that the food was tailored to our tastes and completely local and unique. We felt totally taken care of and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We worked with CRISP Catering for our outdoor wedding in Hudson Valley on 9/3/2022! My now husband, Stephen’s number one priority for our wedding vendors/budget was food and drinks (as he loves to cook himself and we love hosting)! From the very first conversation, we knew they were the perfect fit. We actually did not speak to or consider any other caterers. CRISP was so warm and easy to work with during the planning process. We had the loveliest time at our tasting at their beautiful kitchen in the Berkshires (which is one of our favorite memories ever). The wedding itself was absolutely perfect and we could not have imagined our day without them. We really wanted a “feast” - and chose family style service to encourage conversation and a more intimate feel. The signature cocktails (and all cocktails for that matter!), hors d’oeuvres, giant grazing board, dinner, post-dinner bites, (and don’t even get us started on the wild ramp butter!!) were all executed perfectly. Our guests were blown away by the outdoor kitchen that the CRISP team set-up and have not stopped raving about the food to this day. Casey and Matt are the COOLEST and their entire team was just amazing. We would highly recommend CRISP Catering to anyone for their wedding or other event needs!

Crisp Catering was the perfect vendor for our wedding celebration! Matt and Casey were incredibly kind, thoughtful and patient with us throughout the entire planning process, and the food was incredible. We had so many guests come up to us after the wedding to say that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. All the food was cooked over an open fire, which added a beautiful, rustic vibe to our outdoor cocktail hour. We served everything family style, allowing our guests to try a little bit of everything - whole roasted chicken, slow cooked pork ribs, and grilled red sapper to farro salad with local corn and roasted carrots on the side. We even served warm beignets for dessert. You honestly can't go wrong with this team!!

Everything about Crisp Catering is nothing short of spectacular! Matt and Casey are extremely talented, attentive, creative, professional, and just flat out amazing! The interactive experience that they allow for guests to witness is what blew our day out of the water, everyone had such a great time and could not stop talking about how perfect the food was! My husband is a chef and when it came to this part of the wedding the menu was all on him, Matt and Casey worked with all of his requests and also accomadated a couple of our guests allergy needs. They were always there to ensure us that everything will go smoothly, rain or shine (or COVID). We were extremely lucky to have found Crisp because they also led us to finding our dream venue Bloom Meadows! Long story short you actually get what you pay for with them and I mean that in every aspect, these guys are the real deal ❤️

From their unbelievable open-fire cooking set up, to their talented and hardworking team, CRISP provided the most incredible meal.
