Cream of the Crop Farm - Russell, Massachusetts

we visited this farm yesterday and bought many items.
Several of the items were expired.
it is one thing to sell, expired items that are frozen and marked down.
it is a whole another issue to be selling supposedly fresh eggs that are approaching three months old
attached is a photo of cream of the crop eggs. I bought at big Y a couple of days ago with a date of December 9, 2023 next to it is the eggs I bought yesterday, direct at the farm Which have a date of September 2, 2023 , these are approaching three months, old , luckily we did not eat these and will not eat these
Next to it is ice cream that is a year and a half old, approximately how to throw that out too

Selection has greatly increased since my last visit, we tried the bacon cheddar they make themselves and will be enjoying their grass fed burgers and homemade rolls for lunch today. Going back to shop some more soon.

They've also added a small selection of fresh fruits and veggies.

Lovely milk and friendly people. We had a special request to pick up a bulk order on our way home. All we had to do was wait 10 minutes while it was bottled. Talk about fresh!
We spent the wait watching the cows and listening to cowbells!

Not what it used to be, very commercial now and carry tons of other major brands products. No more raw cheese or yogurt, very sad to see this fake stand go so commerical.

My family and I love coming here. The family that runs the farm is friendly and always helpful. Their selection for allergy friendly foods is stellar! They always have great deals! Great ice cream! The raw milk and meat are by far the best! Nothing but praise from my family and I.

Farm fresh foods sourced from a very friendly family! Great cows milk & drinkable yoghurt for the kids. We also bought some meat and are looking to go back when we need honey or other local organic food items.. not to mention they let us see and pet their animals in the barn upon request. Wonderful day in Russell, MA!

Super fresh, fine, rare products. We got milk, eggs, chocolate dipped cashews, some home made candies for my sons. Everything was great quality. Need to check it out, it's a hidden gem for sure
