What is the point to have a air hose that inconveniences the person using the air-pump.. no public bathroom

Terrible experience.. I was told to put on a mask, I know masks are required however I suffer from extreme asthma and my friend was allowed in with no mask. After I told them I suffer from asthma I was told by a worker named Missy that I don’t have a medical condition as she threw my change at me and cussed at me on my way out of the store
