I ordered the brisket combo. The meat is so tender and tasty. The two sides are just as good. I highly recommend stopping and getting some of this great BBQ! Great service as well!!!! I'll definitely become a regular!!!!

Absolutely terrific had the smoked sausage plate. It was great the sauce was tangy with just a hint of sweetness. Most places use way too much sugar in their BBQ sauce this one was perfect. Also had the beans, awesome. Also had the fries they were slightly overcooked but tasted good .( fries probably would have been better fresh had a 15 minute drive home.) Overall A+

I've lived in St. Louis, so I know BBQ. This IS NOT BBQ. The ribs I ordered from the truck in front of Big Lots were precooked from a few days before with bottled sauce sloshed on top. They were dry and had this strong horribly noxious taste of lighter fluid. Disgusting.

The collard greens were from a can. Disgusting, cold, acidic, and flavorless. The macaroni and cheese was the only edible thing I got, but wasn't that good anyway. Cold and boring.

I literally cannot get the taste of lighter fluid out of my mouth and throat and it's been a few hours since I ate their food. I would suggest you ditch the lighter fluid and use a chimney starter. This place is just nasty!!!

I was visiting from out of town. Don’t know where to start? It’s all that good and amazing!!! For starters I’ll tell you this much. Portion size is above and beyond the competition. I actually left full and had something to take home. This impressed me the most. The food was a 10 out of 10! The sausage was a perfect blend of heat but not to hot. The brisket was to die for. Perfect flavor and taste and a little bit of fat blended right in marbley and melted it wasn’t gristle like the competitors. I can’t wait to comeback when I’m in town.

Listen when I say that this is SOUL FOOD. You can feel the love in this BBQ. From the meat to the collards there is a legit down south taste unmatched by even most Southern restaurants. So good I tried to come back 20 minutes later to get another plate for layer but they were gone! Don't miss out!

While visiting Arizona from Michigan I was lucky enough to try the BBQ from cotton family barbecue, it was amazing!!! They give you large portions and its the best BBQ I've had in my life. Nothing in Michigan compares to the taste and quality of the BBQ they have. I'm moving to Arizona soon and I've already found my #1 BBQ restaurant! I don't care if you hate BBQ this place will change your mind, and I can't wait to go back! Cotton Family you have me hooked!

Great fries, good mac and cheese. Below average brisket. Brisket is not trimmed well, not cooked well, and not cut well. The brisket was too fatty, too tough, and was cut into cubes like it's stew meat. Brisket should be cut into long thing strips across the grain.

Their delicious bit of heaven on wheels showed up at work yesterday....OMG authentic BBQ. The smokiness of real smoke awakens the mouth to prep your taste buds for the absolute beauty of a well balanced vinegar based BBQ. This isn't a BBQ sauce to give the meats flavor...this sauce makes the flavor of perfectly cooked meat sparkle! The home made macaroni and cheese.....get extra next time they come by u will wish u had more. And lest u think they can't do greens? Paired with the pulled pork....mmm mmmmm mmm ...'nuff said. Bravo guys and best of luck. You have a new fan!!!
