We got a CSA box/Meat share from this guy's. The packages come in a really nice sizes, we received really great variety, we stopped on the Urban Food to get some breakfast, and I saw a couple of things that I was interested for bone marrow and Argentinian steak, just focused on the bones because the really nice and friendly butcher asked me how I'll cook it, and I just made a taco with green salsa, lol...

So far, amazing quality of meat in everything, I love to speak and interact with the butcher, he is amazing and understand what you're looking for, I do recommend 100% this place!

After months of driving by I finally found the courage to stop and give this place a try. I’m beyond happy I did I tried the house Italian cold cut sub mild AMAZING. I didn’t need to add anything ate it just as it came the freshness, the bread, and how thin sliced the cold cuts were easily now my favorite sandwich spot. Also got some sausages 2 mild 2 sweet no words just so fresh I will be back

Just cooked up some of their Sicilian rope sausage in a pasta sauce and it was the best Italian sausage I have ever had in my life. It took the whole dish to a completely different level. This guy is more than a butcher --- he's an artist!

The meat quality is impeccable. If you only typically eat factory farmed meat from the box grocery stores, you should try a steak from corsello. Flavors in here you don't get there. The sandwiches are fabulous. If you're looking for a tower-of-meat experience this is not that, but they are the best sandwiches around. The meatballs, I don't know how they taste like that, so great. Service is always on point. Keep your spending money in the community, support pastured meat farming, and enjoy tastier better quality meat.

Quick service with a smile cubano 10/10 Hot with fresh ingredients, meat to bread ratio is fantastic mustard is not overwhelming, just right. Worth every penny.

We have shopped at this store a few times and everything was wonderful. However, my last visit they cut a steak for me and I paid roughly 50.00....steak was awful. Even my wife commented on the quality. I did call the store to voice my disappointment and was told try another cut. Will not be returning.

Absolutely 10/10 so fresh and everything is vacuumed sealed for additional freshness. I feel so good walking out knowing everything is local and loved.
