Copia was a great choice for one of our tasting! We did the food pairing which was small bites paired with each wine. Absolutely wonderful!

Victoria was a fantastic hostess and stayed with us the entire time explaining the wines, the food and the story of Copia.

Luckily Anita was able to come out and join us for a bit which added another fabulous touch. We are already club members but if we weren’t we would have joined right then.

The views were beautiful and can’t wait to see it again after the new vines grow up.

We went for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing at the Copia Vineyards and Winery, during our anniversary weekend stay at Paso. We had a fantastic experience to say the least. We enjoyed all the wines and the dishes paired with each wine. Our host Monica was extremely warm, polite, and professional and made the whole experience a memorable one. We had been to a few such wine pairings at Napa; but nothing comes even close to tje experience we had at The Copia.

We had a group of 6 that visited on February 22 for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing. Everything was set and ready to go when we arrived. The wine and food pairings were excellent, and our host was even more so. Very knowledgeable about the winery and Paso region in generally. The tasting room has a beautiful indoor space and a lovely outdoor patio area. Wines were exceptional. Thank you for the awesome afternoon.

Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!

What a wonderful experience! The environment was so welcoming, the wine was beautifully crafted, and the Copia team truly knows the meaning of hospitality. Our friend, Melanie Greer, recommended the winery and it was the best of the numerous wineries we visited over 4 days. We loved it so much, we joined their Wine Club and so did the couple we were traveling with. A huge thank you to the owners who took the time to visit with us personally! Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! Book the food and wine pairing tasting, highly recommend!

Excellent full bodied with a nice balance of tannins. Tasting room staff is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. 4 stars because after tasting the regular and premium wines we decided to join the wine club, but were then informed that the vintage of wine we would be receiving that day as part of the wine club was 2022, however, everything we tasted in the tasting room was 2021. This was a bit disappointing and rather than joining, we purchased several bottles of what we had actually tasted that day. Also felt that the regular and premium tasting (we had 2 wines from the premium list $12) should've been waived with a 4 bottle purchase.

With that said, this winery is definitely worth a visit, their wines are 5 star! And the staff is really great, they even went the extra mile and all signed an anniversary card for us. Really nice touch!

We really loved our visit to Copia Vineyards. The tasting room is gorgeous yet intimate which makes for an amazing experience. We tasted through 6 of their wines and loved each and every one of them. Our wine educator was Victoria Reller, Tasting Room Manager. She was attentive and possessed great knowledge of the wine industry. We all felt she was one of the best wine educators we have come across and we have visited 100's of wineries. You can tell Copia has gone to great lengths to ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience. Wines are priced right and a basic tasting is $25 which is waived with a purchase of 3 wines. Pens are free and they wrap each bottle of wine in elegant packaging to go. We plan to visit again and perhaps try their wine and food pairing.
