We had the opportunity to visit Conn Creek for their barrel blending experience. It was our first time trying to do something like this, we wish the group would have been smaller than 24, but it’s Napa. Having the instructor walk us through how to make up the mock blends was fun, then how to build on top of it with Malbec, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdo was a great time. Once we were done tasting our blend we pulled the proper amounts from the barrel and filled our bottles, corked, and personalized our label. In 3 months we will see how it tastes. Thanks Conn Creek for a great first experience!

Love their wines since I had them from the epic 2007 vintage. They used to make a Cabernet Franc that was divine after aging for a few years.

I've just opened a bottle of conn creek cabernet sauvignon barrel select from 1988. I am very pleased with the wine. They do improve with age. Thank you for an above average product

The wine blending class was awesome. A good variety of delicious wine to choose from and a great guide to lead us through the blending. The guide was very friendly and informative. Plus you get to take a bottle of you blend home. My wife and I had a competition with family blind tasting to see which they liked better.

Stopped here towards the end of the day for an unscheduled Cabernet tasting. We were taken care of by Lyn, who gave us a great variety of Cabs to try, including their 100% Cab Sauvs, Bordeaux-style blends, and 100% Cab Franc. Conn Creek has the ability to produce a variety of styles of Cab-based wine while maintaining a very high quality product. I was very impressed and joined the club when I got home. Definitely worth your time if you're in the valley.
