So glad this store isn’t far from us. My son loves to look at the koi fish and baby chickens here. We also buy stuff for our cats here and it’s super convenient. Their prices are typical.

The staff is friendly but I bought chicks from them and out of the 4 I bought 3 passed they looked good before the guy picked them out of the brooder he picked them up in a handful not 1 at a time I didn't get to look at what was being picked when I called I was told there isn't any guaranty on the chicks and loss is going to happen but in the 3 year I have raised chicks this has not happened and more to the point a friend of mine bought the same day same time same breed and all 4 are fine there may not be a guaranty but 3 out of 4 should not be acceptable loss the birds I got were not handled properly the person that handled my friends bird was gentle and the birds I got were manhandled the workers should all be gentle handling chick's also the breed they sold me was not what I asked for I asked for golden sea rights and was sold something different despite pointing out the right breed

I am just coming back from the shop in Dublin and had a terrible experience. I was buying 2 Behlen Country 224 Galvanized Round End Stock Tank from them.

First, they told me to go pay and then I can get them. Once I paid and they handed me over the 2 tanks, I realized that both of them looked "really used". They both had deep dents in them and scratches everywhere. I really needed them today, so I asked if they can offer me some discount because of the conditions they are in. The response was: "Well, I could give you 6 or 7 bucks if that helps". On 2 tanks for 270 dollars, a 14 dollars discount, that is not more than 5 %. I will call the store manager on Tuesday but really wanted to share that experience. I added some pictures so you can see how they look like.

Extremely disappointed. Stood in line before opening to get pullets, which according to their website they said they had and they would be arriving today. Only to find out they only carry chicks.
