They should have a negative star rating. their customer service sucks and when you call the female that answers the phone is super rude. They also decided to get new chicks from a new Hatchery and all of our chicks died. They were super dehydrated and lethargic which means they most likely have the bird flu so if you got birds from them just be careful because the other flock might be contaminated

We purchse the big bag of pine pallets for cat litter at great affordable price, its last us for a amount of time too. Its been a year since we discovered this pet supply and commute from Hayward just to purchase. 🙂

It seems like they have changed the ownership? They no longer give out VIP card; and there is 2% credit card charges below $100 purchase now. Nevertheless, they are still best in town, both services and prices, as of Sept '24.

I’ve been a Concord Feed customer for over a decade- I used to live near the PH/Concord locations and feel super fortunate to have this location in Dublin so close to me when I moved here last year! Primarily come here for triple crown senior feed for my horse and the other occasional barn supplies. Every employee I’ve interacted with her has been super friendly. Really appreciate them expanding their hours to being open on Sundays too 🙂

Recently bought chicks here since the Livermore store wasn't getting any. They have a great set-up for coming in to buy chicks during this high-demand time, and they're getting chicks through the summer. Nate seems to be the 'chick' guy and has always been friendly in person and on the phone. He happily answered any questions I had. Very satisfied with my experience.

Great feed store. I've been going to them for years & not once had a bad experience. They have everything I've ever needed for my pets & flock. They have also helped me with any questions I've ever had with my chickens. I've even taken my pet chicken, Taco in a few times, and she is always greeted with friendly smiles & pets. They're super knowledgeable & friendly. They also sell garden plants. This feed store is awesome, I tell you. And for anyone wondering, Yes, they sell baby chickens. It's glorious.

We use pine pellets for cat litter and their price really can’t be beat. Nice selection and stock for raw/fresh foods for cats and dogs. Plenty of options for livestock feed as well. Oh and they get chicks in some times for sale!
