Worst place I have ever delivered to! Wannabe cops security guards are disrespectful! Reefer on full blast and I’m sitting waiting to get loaded 2 hours past my appointment! Will never come here again places like this are a disgusting to our community! And to trucking! You want to be a treated like cattle come here!

Pretty good experience, my appointment was at 330 but showed up close to 2 and got processed in. Was done and heading out around 330 or so. You roll up to the gate and you’ll see a QR code, security guard will come to you and check your reefer if it’s cleaned out. (They recommend you get a wash out) slide your tandems, there’s a number on there you text and follow the prompts. Then you go to the receiving shack and check in. They will tell you the door you’re in drop your trailer and bobtail to the parking area close to the entrance. You’ll get a text saying you’re good and a yard dog will grab your trailer and move to a different spot. After you go to door 110 to grab your papers , check out with the shack again you’re good to roll. Easy spot

They have changed since the last time I was here….no need to scan the check in code I was told because you still have to walk to the guard house and check in …..make sure your trailer is clean and ref is full

Attention Truckers: The truck entrance is gonna be off of 16th ave, this will put you on the south side of the facility. You will see a security shack to your right as you pull in. When pulling in there are signs that tell you to pull up to the stop sign and slide your tandems before checking in. If your picking up or delivering give security your load information and they'll tell you what to do next weather your live load/unload or drop-n-hook. There's plenty of room to move throughout the lot. Overall experience for me being here was average.

Polite and Nice staff. Good service. Make sure your trailer is washed and completely clean before you arrive. Before you check in they will inspect your trailer. If you are dropping off a trailer. Trailer needs a full tank of diesel. Then you can check in. Truck Wash and Pilot is just 2 miles away from the location. After check in they will give you dock number park trailer at the dock with closed doors and Bob tail to the check in place. Once done guard will notify you.

Appt 0500 arrived 0415 pulled up to stop sign, check in on phone with qr code (can check in before you arrive on site to save time) then walk paperwork back to guard shack. Put in door right away. Park 5 feet away from door, wait for guy to break seal, open doors and back into door then disconnect and pull forward from trailer. Green light at 0515, straight out of facility, no need to stop at guard shack. I can see how this process could go wrong but it worked well for me this time so no complaints.
