Walked In for no one to greet us than walked to the bar where no one greeted us for 15 mins because we walked out while 2 girls where working both made eye contact and walked way. If you can handle the 5 customer in ur restaurant maybe you should put more people on. I will never go back

I have been trying to gain access to this kitchen. I have been trying for 3 years. It is not for the community or small caterters like myself. I believe they only accept who they want to be successful. I call at least once a month now just to make sure that I'm not ovethinking things however they still have not answered any of my calls as well as returned one single message or responded to none of my emails. They clearly state on their website haow to get in contact with them and the only thing that has changed was the voice mail recording. Inspectional services states this is the only commercial kitchen in Boston in which small business have in their area to rent kitchen space. Inspectional services says in order to be a legitimate catering business you have to obtain documentation from a commercial kitchen. I believe they know this as well, so they cherry pick their business owners and they push them in a direction where they can succeed. I have been trying to do just that and with no luck from this so called common kitchen. I now believe they do not want to really help small caterer such as myself much less rent us kitchen space. I have spoken with other caters in my area and we all have experienced the same brush off....
