I never leave reviews but I had to leave one with this company. We ordered our first lamb with this grower, and ordered a second one before we were 1/4 of the way through the first! I am not sure who these people are and how they are doing it, but it is done right, and it tastes amazing! I have always ordered a lamb yearly, but will only be ordering from here from now on. ZERO gaminess and EVERY CUT is tender and has the perfect amount of marbling and flavor. I am actually ordering the holiday box for myself and my best friend, and if I could, would purchase one for the entire world because I can't express how impressed with the quality we are. Thank you Colorado Sheep and Lamb!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
