The staff here were very kind. It took a bit for the people in front of us to order but the staff member was incredibly patient. I liked that there were tables and chairs if we wanted to take a seat and enjoy our ice cream there. PS they had all of my favorite flavors so this visit was a homerun for me!

Why have employees that obviously hate their job. The girl working on 10/11/24 @ 830pm was miserable. She put the mix ins in the ice cream but didn’t actually mix it in. She then just blobbed it on the dish, not pushing it into the dish. Basically got ice cream with toppings. They also are suppose to close at 10pm but we watched them turn people away right after we left.

Thought my last time of cold stone was five years ago lol.. I ordered a mix of mint and peanut butter,was delicious but didn't taste minty at all guess peanut butter was too strong, avoid gummy bears.....they're cute but stone hard not chewable

I've been served here at 10 o'clock with a line behind me still with a good helpers, but these new workers running things seem to want to close it early all the time. The quick ice cream would've taken as long as it took me to make this post. What a JOKE

Ordered the Cheesecake Fantasy in large. when my order arrived I thought there must be a mistake...the ice cream cup was about the size of a tennis ball.

For like $17. An absolute JOKE.

Pretty solid creamery, they have plenty of options. If you want cakes, shakes, ice cream, sherbet and Sunday's. They really do have it all. My kids love to come here, they always put gummy bears in whatever ice cream they get. The waffel cones and bowls are very good and can tell are made fresh. I definitely recommend.

These workers are truly amazing we watched for over an hour people buzzing in and out and they smiled and were polite and just great. I will keep going back .the ice cream is amazing.
