My experience was ok I arrived at 8:15 am for a 9 am appointment gave a dock right away and started unloading but I was the only truck here so no idea about busy times also heads up no overnight parking but 2 truck stops within 3 miles or so from here

Horrible experience...
Exactly as the fella underneath me said.. "Appointment is mandatory, yet they unload whoever they feel is first priority no matter how long you've been sitting there..." Not exactly the best way to conduct business... It took me 2 hours just to get assigned a door... Not to mention the fact that they only have 4 active doors. And the forklift guys are just so slow unloading your trailer, its unbelievable.

Pass on ch Robinson loads coming here. Was told i had a 6am appointment. Here then. Found out at 1130 i was a overflow, which means work in. Theaten to leave, gave me a door. Currently 1300 haven't touched me yet. Avoid this location

My husband was in the emergency room of Moses Taylor hospital I put my debit card in so I could have a soda after a traumatic experience. It would not take it it would not process it said no payment was taken at this time or something similar to that just checked my online banking and they charged me $5 for nothing!! Not a soda nothing nothing after saying no charge was made!

This company charged me $3.50 for a 12oz soda out of a machine in the intensive care unit at Geisinger Medical Center. I wasn't enjoying a concert or ball game, but rather my best friend die.
