Went to get a dog coat no dog coats oh well... Nearly an hour of browsing great deals ignoring the creeps of being followed by employees acting as shoppers I go to check out and only one checkout, phone ringing, and unsure where the checkout line ended literally 18 customers ahead of me. STALK LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE!;!

By far the best location. I was traveling and stopped at a Coastal in Lacey Wa. While waiting to speak with the store supervisor Shawna to help with quick question I had. I watched the store supervisor have a major breakdown because she couldn't find the correct item a gentleman ordered..She started yelling at him for no apparent reasons in front of his children..He even stated he was a army veteran with a purple heart to please calm down in front of his children. So glad this store has great management. Hopefully that store gets better staffing.

This place is completely bullshit! Don’t come here if you want good customer service. Went to return some boots today and they threw all the reasons at me why I couldn’t return them. Then my dad goes and try’s to ask a question and 2 girls are sit there chit chatting it up while my dad is waiting and he’s like “HELLO?!?!” I go and ask some lady about a specific pair of black oil resistant boots because I couldn’t find them, and she says “if you don’t see a display boot then we don’t have it” like yeah thank you I could have found that out on my own. Completely shitty place I’d rather buy my wranglers from marketplace!

Called about a ms 500ir in stock, they said they had one in stock and I made sure it was the r model with a full wrap, drove an hour there to get it and turns out is was just the 500i. No apologies from the manager. Incompetence, go to a real saw shop if you need one.

Delivered a semi-truck load here and had just snowed. The guys on the forklifts immediately started unloading, even though it was difficult due to all the snow. Great staff in receiving department!!!!

Bought some Georgia Boot 8 months ago the sole started coming off called was told they would warranty the boots up to a year so when I arrived with the boots was told by another lady no want warranty them none of boots are warranty more than 90days the lady that works in boot department said no there was a year warranty made the other lady really mad it was a manufacturing defect the sole was coming off the lady was really mad about the decision and had attitude the whole time about it didn't want to do it but the other lady said yes they do was told go get new boots bring boots back for warranty exchange the guy tell me I owe 60 bucks cause of the boots cost more than what I paid 8 months ago why I got to pay 60 bucks more for a manufacturing defect then after I pay them they keep my receipt for the purchase that not right
