My family has went there since in was knee high to a grasshopper and always pleased with every animal they had processed. People don't realize when you have an animal butchered that it's not goin to look just like the stores meat selections because thee is no hormones or food coloring additives added. So if you are concerned with what you eat then this is the way to go. Nothing artificial added to your meat. I love the place myself.

Very sloppy work. There are clumps of blood in my sausage, the ham has cooked blood through out. I have to soak my pork chops in salt water for two days to pull the blood out of them other wise they taste like blood. The bacon has hair ends in it. Takes a year or more to raise the animals, then hundreds of dollars to have them butchered. I am extremely unhappy and I will never go back.
