NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
The website does not have any customer service. It only provided an email for customer service (phone number for business only). I sent 4 emails/website message. No one replied. Thus, I spent over $100 and got nothing. No replacement, no refund, even no one replied saying how to deal with the situation.
This is a business that only cares you pay but does not care whatever you get or even whether you get the products.
So don't waste any money on this website.

Update post: After a few more conversation with the email customer service, eventually, I got fully refund.

I bought several items from Chunwei, INC. they arrives via USPS. The items were not packaged properly and were warm upon arrival. I called the corporate office and attempted to talk to the person that answered the phone. I attempted to explain myself and they hung up on me twice. This is my first and last order with this company. I will be contacting the credit card company and attempt to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE

Kept receiving products with broken packages and the seller won't refund me because I failed to notice the issue immediately (within seven days of mail order). Won't buy again.

味道不错，但包装质量太差，买了三次有两次出现漏气变质现象，还因为超过七天不给退换... 以后不会买了, 跟客服沟通简直浪费时间
