The staff members I dealt with was very rude and clearly not properly trained. She was distracted and wasn't fully paying attention to me. She then failed to properly activate our play cards. On top of that I found out the snack food I paid for and ordered didn't get sent to the kitchen , which is why after waiting 15 minutes we STILL weren't served. I asked one staff member about the sensory friendly days /hours for the location to be told "I don't think we do that I've never heard of it" even though it's on the website and I was only trying to verify. They were more focused on the birthdays or large groups who paid more than individual families trying to play and have fun. The games are very close together in an area that already has limited space. The new indoor trampoline feature is overpriced and has age restrictions. There's also little to NO toddler friendly games almost everything is veered towards preteens and elementary aged kids. They also now serve alcohol which I feel isn't properly monitored and regulated as I witnessed a father tripping over himself and acting routy which I would NEVER expect from a place that claims to be for kids.

My daughter has enjoyed coming here most of her childhood. She's now 11 and growing out of the games/things to do. But we enjoyed it thus far. The employees have always been nice. And it was a nice close place for kids to have fun without spending too much.

Well organized with ample help throughout experience. Employees were helpful and cordial. Pizza was fair but the activities for the kids made up for it.

Very VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My worst experience was at the door how the associate received us at the door.It was clear that it was just mom and me and she started making a big deal because we didn’t have a kid.She was extremely rude and loud in front of everyone worst part is she was a manager so what example does she feed every body else.Never ever going back.

My kids loved this location because all the 5 animatronics are on the stage! All moving! Other locations don't have it anymore. It's worth the travel (from Quincy). Also, the place is super clean. Staff are friendly and approachable. Love the pizza! We will be back for sure!

Recently I went with my brother and his gf and 4 yrs old niece on her birthday. I haven't been in years since my kids are now almost 18 and 16. The first thing I noticed was they replaced the iconic characters on stage for a jumbo screen. Seriously come on, besides Chuck E. coming out and making kids cry. Those animatronic characters are iconic (and creepy). I'm sure cost and up keep are a factor but they definitely are capitalizing on this generation of "iPad babies." During the time we sat to eat I was facing the screen and no joke it was 20 mins of cringe Kids Bop songs trying to mask the fact all the songs are ads for Chuck E. Cheese's drop shipped over priced merch or the newest trending toys. Secondly, the food is extremely over priced, 7 small air fried chicken tenders alone came out to $18, cheesy bread and stuffed crust pizza was pretty good however. We all know the recycled pizza conspiracy theory, the truth is that the 18 yr old cutting the pizza just doesn't care about presentation. Third, they have stripped kids of the enjoyment and often times devastating token system. Besides the ridiculous cost for "tokens." The joy of carrying around your tokens in a small cap and forgetting them at the last rigged game has been stripped from these kids for a plastic card you wear around your wrist and tap at each game. Don't get me wrong there are pros to some of these changes, but it's the experience for even myself as a millennial just isn't the same. The cost for the 4 of us ( which entailed food and 250 "tokens") came out to over $400. On a more positive note, I was able to score a lollipop for $25 worth of "tokens."

It's Chuck e Cheese so it's what is to be expected the food is just previously frozen so it's very meh but the games have improved there were a lot of broken ones for a very long time but they've gotten new ones however they've added a trampoline but it's an additional charge and it truly only fits like 3 or 4 kids safely . So now you pay twelve dollars when it's 16 for the whole trampoline park lol and the poor kids that work there have to guard the door to it bc all the kids that don't pay the extra fee cannot use it it's sad really.
