Such a cute,cozy place. There is such a variety of both drinks and toppings for the bubble waffle. My son and I enjoyed our drinks. We also shared a bubble waffle and know next time we go we each get our own, it tasted amazing. They also sell these cute crocheted animals in addition to cute little trinkets and more. Although we didn’t stay long enough to play games they weren’t short of those either. The ladies that run the place were very kind and answered each question we had. Will for sure be going back!

We love this place! It's a great place for me to take my daughter where she feels validated for being weird lol. This place hosts local artists work for sale and has games and video games as well as books and photo backdrops. The food is great and the drinks are incredible. The staff is so kind and patient. I really just have nothing bad to say at all. Street parking is easy to find. You want to head here!!!

Best bubble tea in the area! There's a wide variety of drinks to choose from and they are all customizable. It's a nice place to hang out. There are arcade machines, manga library, and various events are held at the cafe. Every time I go here the staff has been so friendly and kind!

When I first heard about Chibi Cafe Co, a bubble tea and waffle shop inspired by anime and gaming culture, I knew I had to check it out. The glowing Google reviews set my expectations high, and I’m happy to report it lived up to the hype.

From the moment I arrived, the cafe stood out against the backdrop of an ordinary main street rabble. Its bright signage and extensive menu hinted at something special, as if inviting me to step in and take refuge from the snow-dusted December morning. Inside, the space is an eclectic blend of anime, gaming, and local artistry—a welcoming haven packed with artwork, crafts, pins, and curated decor that speaks to both nerdy and creative hearts alike.

To my delight, the TV was playing Toradora, an anime my wife and I both love, while nods to other popular series adorned the space. Seating options ranged from cozy lounge areas to larger tables, perfect for sampling the menu or joining one of the cafe's meet-ups or game nights. A standout feature was the gaming setup: a dedicated Nintendo Switch area with plush couches and even a custom arcade-style cabinet—a touch that added to the venue’s charm.

The menu itself is where Chibi Cafe Co truly shines. Thoughtfully crafted with nods to Japanese culture and anime fandom, it features bubble tea, rice balls, and other delights, all cleverly named and designed to complement the café's theme. Among our selections, the standout was the Palmtop Tiger, a caramel bubble tea that perfectly balanced its sweetness—a true crowd-pleaser.

While the café has a clear appeal for anime fans and those interested in Japanese culture, its warm atmosphere and inviting service make it a place anyone can appreciate. It’s the kind of spot where you could easily lose track of time, whether sipping tea, playing games, or simply soaking in the ambiance. I regretted not knowing about their scheduled game nights and events beforehand but will make a point to return for those—and to explore more of the menu.

If you’re looking for a unique spot to escape, connect, and enjoy some thoughtfully crafted food and drinks, Chibi Cafe Co is well worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back.

This was an interesting little downtown place, with an emphasis on the youth customer. The room with Anime cartoons didn't exactly speak to me, but there were a large number of teenagers in the place and they seemed to really like the place. They have an interesting selection of food and drink, again focused on the younger crowd.

This is EASILY my favorite cafe of all time! The atmosphere and menu are fantastic and the drive is always worth it! The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to, and the food and drinks are delicious, especially the signature bubble waffles. Plus every wall is packed with local artist's creations and other activities to explore while you wait for your order! If you love anime, art, or just good food, this will become your go-to spot! You can tell they really care about their community and you'll definitely feel at home here 🙂

Honestly one of the cutest places ever, I don't even like Anime (my husband does) we were in the area for vacation and were recommended to visit. We got a free item for placing a food order and I got a cute little Kerby pin. We entered a raffle and my husband won.

They even had an artist alley set up with people selling their crafts.

The staff was friendly and nice, and didn't seem bothered by my slow ordering since I didn't know the menu.

We sat and ate, lil chicken poppers, waffles, bubble tea, and ice cream. Couldn't have asked for a better lunch.

It's a 45 min drive for us to head out there again but I'd say it's well worth the drive and we will be visiting again simply for the bubble tea and the atmosphere.
