Chaparral Gardens is such a gem to find half way between Morro Bay and Atascadero! All organic, perfect fruit and vegetables, and so much variety! I will make this place my first stop for every dinner party whenever I’m in the area!

The artisan fruit flavored vinegars are awesome! They liven up our salad dressings. We also make excellent mocktails with sparkling water, preserved lemon or other fruit syrup, and a complementing artisan vinegar to give it some punch.
