Excellent, simply made patties and fried it. Put it on some good bread and wa la the best hot sausage sandwich ever. This was the first time I’ve tried Cesinas hot sausage and I will definitely be purchasing again, this stuff is really delicious

Absolutely amazing product - Cesina’s sausage is the perfect meal for a litany of occasions, grad party, get together, or even a casual family dinner. Not many sausage makers can delicately balance the sweetness and spiciness, but Cessna’s weaves it seamlessly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone searching for a good meal.

Quite easily the best sausage in the universe. We use it for so many different recipes, even outside of Italian cuisine. They have made so many different varieties over the past few years, it’s hard to not find something that everyone you know will like. Can’t go wrong with the medium or hot Italian sausage links, but the patties are delightful as well. We just had their kielbasa for New Years and it was awesome. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it.
