I have never seen such a dirty and disorganized store ever!!! I don’t even know how it’s still open. I would rate 0 zero stars if I could. I tried to ask two workers on Tuesday for help named Kara and Megan, but they completely ignored me while being on their phones. Sounds like management actually needs to start doing their job and seeing what their workers are doing. I doubt they even care either. Cooperate needs to do a walkthrough of this store.

I hate to put a bad post because the store is great and so are the people.... the only issue is the hay I wish they would sort it out better by 1st 2nd & 3rd cutting and teach the employees the difference in it.. ive gotten the wrong ones that ive asked for multipletimes. This is critical when it comes to feeding the right cutting to your small animals.....

We have been using this store for the past several years for feed, shavings, horse treats and sometimes misc items that I may have forgotten to bring with me to the fairgrounds for shows. Have always had excellent customer service! They have even delivered shavings and other items for us to the fairgrounds for the past few years! HOWEVER!! The new store manager is apparently repulsed by anyone who has horses and is planning to eliminate equine items. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND!! Do you know this area at all?!! She has discontinued delivery to the fairgrounds (we are literally across the street!) which was a huge service to many people who come in from out of state. She is not helpful and she is not a pleasant person to speak to. I feel bad for the employees there. Way to have your store and communities best interest! I’ll gladly take my money and help your competition, Karen!

Love going here for our animals needs. The drive thru is extremely convenient and the pups always end up with treats. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly!!!!!!!😀

Called store twice to check on sale item in flyer and both times they told me the item wasn't in stock. Called a third time and someone actually went to look to see if the item was on the shelf and they said yes we have 161 on hand. You tell me?
