The company has a toxic and hostility environment in the administrative department. The gossip is out control. The employees in the accounting department insult each other with bad language. I wanted to get my stuff the first week and do not ever comeback. Training, they expect you to know everything in the first day. Prioritizing your mental well-being is key, and sometimes stepping away from a toxic environment is the best choice for your health and happiness.
