The people there especially the cashiers have no customer service what so ever! I don’t care if you’re the owner you smile and greet!

Good selection, but the customer service is horrible. The cashier is shifty, "giving out the wrong change" and the guy giving out meat always puts a pound or two more than desired

Toro bravo was an excellent restaurant that me and my family went to, had excellent chicken enchiladas with amazing toppings on them, awesome music, and fast and nice service, constantly checking in on us. Food was a 10 for everyone across the table. Must recommend, if visiting Maryland, super close to the airport as well.

Meat quality is trash. Service is poor too! They make you feel like you’re a burden and there to annoy them. Seems like they forget you ate the one bringing them business and keeping them open. Only good thing I can say they have is the salsas. Do better

The old lady with the glasses is EXTREMELY rude. She has no customer service whatsoever and 0 respect for the customers. She overcharges and scans things you didn’t get, so pay attention to the screen when paying!! La doña siempre anda de pocas pulgas.

The food here is great! But the customer service is the worst! The lady with the glasses always looks at you up and down and never smiles or when you try to have a conversation she completely ignores you, also they talk about there customers in front of other customers very unprofessional. When you tell them your going to pay with EBT they look at you very dumb. If it wasn’t because there food is good I would not step a foot in this store.
