I once called the store asking if I can place an order for a cake to be made for friday. The person who answered was a man who wasn't friendly, cut me off mid question and said I have to come in to place the order. I said ok, but can it be made for Friday? He said yea, I just have to come in and pay for it before they can take the order. So I drove the 30 minutes it takes me to the store. When I get there, the woman behind the bakery counter said they aren't taking any orders for cake for Friday. They're only making roscas (a specific type of sweet bread for a particular day). I was so upset. Why tell me to drive down there and place my order only to tell me that they're not even taking orders for cakes What was the point. What a waste of time.

They only have one cashier, I ordered a torta de milanesa that was overpriced and not worth it, the milanesa steak was so small and it lacked toppings. The lady at the meat counter is the only reason. They get two stars as opposed to one, she was pleasant. Avoid this place otherwise

I hate doing bad reviews but, wow. I ordered a suzia sandwich as I'm vegetarian. I got my torta, opened it at home, there was meat. I thought it was a simple mistake but really wanted a torts, so I ordered on door dash, same order. The sandwich came, again,meat. Unacceptable.

Great quality meat department, with butchers on duty. A "Mexicatessin" deli, neighborhood, family operation, with the attention to detail that goes into old fashioned quality. Good prices, too. Highly recommended!

Don't shop here. Business has no Principles. Ordered food for a gathering, order was not complete. Called to let them know. When going back a few days blamed us for forgetting part of our order. No apologies, just being rude. Then stating they couldn't resell my paid food.

I’m so so disappointed me and my dad went there not so long ago and had a horrible experience with the lady in the bakery we were waiting to be help she us didn’t say anything or acknowledge us so we were like okay she must be busy and she continues to ignore us and we waited patiently my dad asked for help she didn’t say anything and as we moved to continue shopping we noticed her helping another customer so we went back to ask her for help she says yes and we asked for some bolillos she says we don’t have any as we see a whole fresh batch behind her and same customer that she was helping runs back and says in Spanish hey we forgot to get bolillos as he pointed she grabs a bag and gives him some of the fresh batch. It’s really sad that this day in age people still have to discriminate I honestly felt that way as we shop there we get ignored or brushed away or looked at as we shouldn’t be there it’s sad we try yo help small shops but this treatment is sad and so disappointing. They really need to talk to their employees about that cause it’s unacceptable to treat someone else like that for not being the same race or speaking Spanish..

Do you not shop here, Just take a minute to read the other reviews then take the decision to have common sense and not to shop here. The owners of this place have no respect for customers or employees they have no integrity and no respect from my personal experience I have purchased over $70,000 worth of meat products from this place In the last year. So I’ve been dealing with this place for too long if you’re looking for great customer service and a great experience look elsewhere
