RC show 1pm appt, got here at 8:30am they said appt is 6pm, got the dock at 11:17pm after serious talk with the loaders to the point police were involved . Absolutely drivers need to avoid this facility especially owner operators . This facility deserves to learn the hard way by not taking anything from them. My colleagues and I are not coming here again ever. Good luck with them..

Drivers delivering ingredients here, make sure you have your previous bill of lading to prove what you hauled last or they won't unload you at there god awful facility. Parking lot for trucks is full of craters, dump area is tight, won't even let you clean your own trailer out either, if I could rate -10 I would. Don't come here.

Update: 6 years later this place is still the worst place I’ve ever delivered. Figured maybe it would be somewhat decent. Nope. They order loads of product knowing that they don’t need them and use you as free storage. Expressed my displeasure to the manager and all he could do was threaten to call the police on me. The manager doesn’t care about anything, doesn’t manage his inventory and then lies about what is going on with the plant. The mill employee told me they were full and that he was extremely sorry and that someone wasn’t running inventory correctly. So I express my displeasure with the manager expecting trucks to be free storage for them and that it was ridiculous to order a load without even knowing if it was needed. He proceeds to threaten me with calling the police then goes on to lie and tell me the plant is broken down. This place is not worth your sanity drivers. They don’t care and nothing coming in or out of here pays good enough to deal with all the BS you have to put up with. Stay away from here at all costs.

Friendly and helpful employee (Tyler), but I had a 5 hour wait until unloaded. 1pm appt, arrived 12:40. Scaled and waiting at 1, so that was good. But didn't leave dock until 6pm. Horrible flies everywhere. I hope to not come here again.

Came here to get the load ,10am I have 4:00pm appointment and I wish to get my load early.They not busy same time dock is empty now is 5:00 pm am not in the dock yet. Very muddy yard portable restroom for drivers scale on the property. PS. Got the dock 1 in 5:30pm and spend 3 hours on the dock They put 1 palette in 15-20 min Now is7:15 pm still on the dock delivery app 7 am tomorrow, I think I got my 10 hours here:(
