I delivered glass sheets today at 12:30pm today 8/12/24 I've delivered here over 50times for years...they hammer nails to hold freight down in bed of trailer. I asked the lumper nicely if he could please remove nails after unloading? "HELL NO ITS NOT MY JOB" he replied. So I asked if I can borrow the prybar "Hell No you truckers always steal our tools" he replied. I asked "can I pull off the dock to pull out nails with his probation? Hell No you'll block my dock he says.
Older Hawaiian guy and he likes saying "Hell so much" ...this is his destination my brother's.
...so don't even ask-hes a amateur and a new guy=incompetent. Unprofessional. Idiots will never be happy.....other shippers will NOT load your trailer with all these nails....check pics....don't deal with prixks!

Unloaded in less than 20 minutes. Open doors, put paperwork in trailer, slide tandems back, back into 1st two docks. They let you know when they're done. Quick!
